Return & Exchange Policy

At FaceGlam.in, your hygiene and safety are our top priority. Due to the nature of our cosmetic products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

1. No Return or Exchange Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, and to ensure the purity of our beauty and cosmetic products, all sales are final. Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We take utmost care to pack and dispatch your order safely. However, if you receive a wrong item or the product is physically damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the package and product

We will review such cases individually and, if found valid, we will arrange for a replacement.

3. Eligibility for Replacement (Only if Damaged or Incorrect)

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide valid proof (images/videos).

  • Used or opened products are not eligible for replacement.

  • FaceGlam’s decision on replacement requests will be final.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if we are unable to fulfill your order or in rare cases where a replacement cannot be provided. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
